so. love. there are two kinds of people: people who think love sucks a nut and people who think love is awesome. but riddle me this—if not for the connection of love(of one another, of things), what does humanity really have to offer?
perhaps i’m being a little naive in this, but love seems to be at the very core of our existence. the pinnacle of human life, as it were. but how many people really give into that or believe that? life, to me, seems to be about how we move from birth to death and how many lives we can touch in that span of time by loving—by loving your career, your spouse, your animals, your family… whatever is truly important. i think it’s time to move toward living in the present instead of living in the past. you’ve been hurt? fuck it. love anyway. don’t love to spite it, because that’s not love, but love DEspite it.
live for this moment, because it’s the only guarantee.
